Entertainment shows love to focus on rumors, gossip and basically information that has yet to surface. Why? Well this type of information is hot and people from all parts of the world love to hear gossip. But celebrity gossip just takes this fascination to another level.

Since to us, we assume that the celebrities whom we admire have a high level of character and esteem, is why we are shocked and sometimes down right nosey when our heros get caught up in big messes that life tends to do. Maybe somehow we feel better about ourselves knowing that Brittany Spears is going through a hard-ship divorce or her kids were on the verge of being taken away. Maybe we are too bored with our own lives that we kind of view celebrity encounters of the bad kind, that can add something interesting to our lives. That is probably our same reason that we always seem to watch reality television as life’s dramas get’s played out on the television sets every night.

We know it’s fake and pre-scripted, but yet we still watch it. So is it that we crave so much excitement in our lifestyle that we find entertainment in these reality show dramas and celebrity rumors? The answer to that is a resounding yes, but yes in a good way.

We as humans need something for us to past time. For a lot of us its entertainment. Entertainment can come in many different forms. Reality television, entertainment gossip shows, sports, playing video games. Whatever it is entertainment is something humans will always find interesting, fascinating and appealing. It’s just some people like differeent forms of entertainment :).
